Default Would I still get new skills as reward?

I am currently at The Amnoon Oasis as a Me.

By this stage, I have been saving up all the gold and have not yet brough one skill due to the lack of fund.

Will I continue to recieve new skills as reward by doing the quests?

or MUST i BUY THEM?

THX

You will still get skills as a reward for doing quests, but many skills can only be bought..so eventually if you want all the skills (excluding elites) you will have to buy some of them

There is 3-4 quests in the desert for skills - Then after that everything else has to be bought.

Well, why wait? Look up the skills that are available for sale to see if they can also be gained via a quest. If not and they are something you can use, buy them. They start off really cheap and creep up in price until you reach 1000 gold, then cap there. This includes the signets of capture.

GWfreaks, GuildWiki, and many other sources provide this info.

Yes, but I dont want to build the price up until much later.

Say, if I know I would be getting the skill as a reward anyway, I dont want to be buying it now, just because when I play my ranger, I brought skills well early, simpily I was trying almost everything out, and I was buying 1k skills much eariler then I liked to.

So knowing that I can freely buy any skills I want soon, takes away that restriction I have given to myself.

I think what Dean is saying is to look at what skills you can still get from quest givers.. then find any OTHER skills that you think are usefull and purchase them as they can only be recieved via a trainer.

Why wait till you've gotten all the skills from quests before buying from trainers as long as you can be sure that someone won't give it to you later (which you can be by referencing the site listed).
